PlugnPlayz একটি অনলাইন প্ল্যাটফর্ম যেখানে স্মার্ট ডিভাইস, মোবাইল অ্যাক্সেসরিজ, অডিও সরঞ্জাম, গেমিং গিয়ারসহ বিভিন্ন গ্যাজেট ও ইলেকট্রনিক পণ্য বিক্রি করা হয়।
পণ্যের বিবরণ, স্পেসিফিকেশন ও মূল্য তথ্যের সুবিধার্থে দেওয়া হয় এবং পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা স্টকের উপর নির্ভরশীল এবং PlugnPlayz যেকোনো পণ্য বন্ধ বা পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৩. অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধন

কিছু সেবা গ্রহণ বা পণ্য ক্রয়ের জন্য আপনাকে অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধন করতে হতে পারে। আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর, সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করবেন এবং অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করবেন।
প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপে জড়িত অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার PlugnPlayz সংরক্ষণ করে।

৪. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

অর্ডার দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে আপনি নির্দিষ্ট পণ্য ক্রয়ের প্রস্তাব প্রদান করেন। অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াজাত ও পাঠানো হলে তা গ্রহণযোগ্য বলে গণ্য হবে।
পেমেন্ট করা যাবে ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড, মোবাইল ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস ও অনুমোদিত অন্যান্য গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে। সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-তে নির্ধারিত এবং অন্যথা উল্লেখ না থাকলে ভ্যাট অন্তর্ভুক্ত।

৫. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার পার্টনারের মাধ্যমে পণ্য পাঠানো হয়। অবস্থান ও স্টকের উপর নির্ভর করে ডেলিভারিতে সাধারণত ২–৭ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
পণ্য কুরিয়ারের কাছে হস্তান্তরের পর ঝুঁকি গ্রাহকের উপর বর্তায়। ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা অসম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি হলে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে।

৬. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে অব্যবহৃত, মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ এবং ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ থাকলে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে।
কিছু পণ্য (যেমন: সফটওয়্যার, স্বাস্থ্যবিধি সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্য) ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
পরিদর্শনের পর ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হবে। খোলা পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে রিস্টকিং ফি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

৭. ওয়ারেন্টি

যেসব পণ্যে প্রযোজ্য, সেগুলো প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকবে। ওয়ারেন্টির মেয়াদ ও শর্ত পণ্যভেদে ভিন্ন হতে পারে। PlugnPlayz প্রস্তুতকারকের বাইরে অতিরিক্ত কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করে না।

৮. মেধাস্বত্ব

ওয়েবসাইটের সকল কনটেন্ট (লেখা, ছবি, লোগো, সফটওয়্যার) PlugnPlayz বা তার লাইসেন্সদাতার সম্পত্তি। অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার বা অনুলিপি আইনগত অপরাধ হিসেবে গণ্য হতে পারে।

৯. ব্যবহারকারীর কনটেন্ট

ব্যবহারকারীরা রিভিউ বা মতামত পোস্ট করতে পারেন, যার মাধ্যমে PlugnPlayz সেই কনটেন্ট ব্যবহারের জন্য রয়্যালটি-মুক্ত, অ-একচেটিয়া অধিকার পায়।
অনুপযুক্ত বা বেআইনি কনটেন্ট PlugnPlayz যেকোনো সময় অপসারণ করতে পারে।

১০. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপ

হ্যাকিং, স্প্যামিং, ম্যালওয়্যার ছড়ানো, আপত্তিকর কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করা বা অবৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
এ ধরনের কার্যকলাপের ফলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল ও আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।

১১. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা পণ্য ক্রয়ের ফলে সৃষ্ট পরোক্ষ বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতির জন্য PlugnPlayz দায়ী থাকবে না।
সর্বোচ্চ দায় সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের জন্য পরিশোধিত অর্থের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে।

১২. ওয়ারেন্টি অস্বীকৃতি

সকল সেবা ও পণ্য “যেমন আছে” ভিত্তিতে প্রদান করা হয়। ওয়েবসাইটের নিরবচ্ছিন্ন কার্যকারিতা বা ত্রুটিমুক্ত সেবার কোনো নিশ্চয়তা PlugnPlayz দেয় না।

১৩. ক্ষতিপূরণ

আপনার দ্বারা শর্তাবলি লঙ্ঘন বা ওয়েবসাইটের অপব্যবহারজনিত কোনো দাবি বা ক্ষতির জন্য PlugnPlayz ও তার কর্মচারীদের ক্ষতিমুক্ত রাখার বিষয়ে আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

১৪. প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি

এই শর্তাবলি গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের আইনের অধীন পরিচালিত হবে।
যেকোনো বিরোধ সৌহার্দ্যপূর্ণভাবে সমাধানের চেষ্টা করা হবে, প্রয়োজনে ঢাকায় ২০০১ সালের সালিশি আইন অনুযায়ী বাধ্যতামূলক সালিশের মাধ্যমে নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে।

১৫. শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন

PlugnPlayz যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। পরিবর্তিত শর্ত এই পাতায় প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে তা নতুন শর্তে সম্মতির প্রমাণ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are provided for convenience and may change without prior notice. Product availability is subject to stock levels.

3. Account Registration

PlugnPlayz may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity.

4. Ordering and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). Acceptance occurs when the order is processed and shipped.

Payments may be made via credit/debit cards, mobile financial services, and other approved gateways. All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times range from 2–7 business days, depending on location and stock availability.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier. Damaged or incomplete orders must be reported within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Certain products (e.g., software and hygiene items) are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty terms and duration vary by product. PlugnPlayz does not provide additional warranties.

8. Intellectual Property
