PlugnPlayz প্রয়োজনে যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলি হালনাগাদ বা পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

২. পণ্য ও তথ্য

আমরা স্মার্ট গ্যাজেট, মোবাইল অ্যাক্সেসরিজ, অডিও ডিভাইস এবং গেমিং পণ্য বিক্রি করে থাকি।

পণ্যের ছবি, মূল্য ও বিবরণ গ্রাহকের সুবিধার্থে প্রদান করা হয় এবং স্টক বা প্রাপ্যতার উপর ভিত্তি করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৩. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পরই অর্ডার কনফার্ম বলে গণ্য হবে।

গ্রহণযোগ্য পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমসমূহ:

• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (Cash on Delivery)
• বিকাশ (bKash)
• নগদ (Nagad)
• রকেট (Rocket)
• কার্ড / অন্যান্য অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে

সমস্ত মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-তে নির্ধারিত।

৪. ডেলিভারি

আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে নির্ভরযোগ্য কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করি।

সম্ভাব্য ডেলিভারি সময়: ২–৭ কার্যদিবস (লোকেশন ও স্টকের উপর নির্ভরশীল)।

পণ্য কুরিয়ারে হস্তান্তরের পর পণ্যের দায়িত্ব গ্রাহকের উপর বর্তায়।

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে অব্যবহৃত ও অক্ষত পণ্য রিটার্ন করা যাবে।

নিম্নোক্ত পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়:

• সফটওয়্যার
• ব্যবহৃত পণ্য
• স্বাস্থ্যবিধি সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্য

অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হয়।

৬. ওয়ারেন্টি

প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য প্রস্তুতকারকের প্রদত্ত ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত থাকবে।

PlugnPlayz প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টির বাইরে কোনো অতিরিক্ত ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করে না।

৭. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ

অশালীন ভাষা ব্যবহার, ভুয়া অর্ডার, স্প্যাম বা প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ সম্পূর্ণরূপে নিষিদ্ধ।

এ ধরনের আচরণের ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার বাতিল বা স্থায়ীভাবে অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্লক করা হতে পারে।

৮. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

PlugnPlayz কোনো পরোক্ষ বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।

সর্বোচ্চ দায় সংশ্লিষ্ট অর্ডারের মোট মূল্যের মধ্যেই সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে।

৯. আইন ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি

এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।

যেকোনো বিরোধ পারস্পরিক আলোচনার মাধ্যমে অথবা প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী আইনগত প্রক্রিয়ায় নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে।

PlugnPlayz-এ অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি উপরোক্ত সকল শর্তাবলিতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।

4. Delivery

We provide nationwide delivery across Bangladesh through trusted courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original condition.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
